Patty L. 'Pat' Cimini

Patty L. ‘Pat’ Cimini, 84, of N. Cascade Street, died Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle. He was born March 8, 1926 in New Castle, a son of the late Andrew and Petronella (Tati) Cimini. He married Lucille P. (Cook) Cimini on April 21, 1951, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Cimini was an electrician for Bruce & Merrilees for 34 years, he then retired from Beaver Valley Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 after 5 years. He was a member of Electrical Union #712 for 39 years. Mr. Cimini was an avid golfer and had 3 Holes-in-One at Sylvan Heights. He also loved dogs and animals.

He is survived by one daughter, Sandra J. Senko and her husband Robert of New Castle, one son, Marc A. Cimini of New Castle, two grandchildren, Dr. Bobby Sanko and his wife Shelia, and Marc A. Cimini, II, and one sister, Flora Palley of Chicago, IL.

He was also preceded in death by one son, Darryl Cimini, two brothers, Adolph and Roger, and one sister, Geraldine Maiella.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue, on Friday, January 21, 2011 from 3 P.M. to 6 P.M.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 21, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home. Rev. Richard Nero will be officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
