Phyllis C. Kelley

Phyllis C. Kelley, 82, of E. State St., Hermitage, formerly of Idlewild Drive, New Castle, died Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at Hospitality Care Center in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. She was born May 14, 1930 in Sharon, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late John and Mary (Schwartz) Cook. She was married to Emerson ‘Tim’ Kelley who died in 1998. Mrs. Kelley was a homemaker and a member of the IHS Gospel Ministry in Hermitage.

She is survived by one daughter, Beth Ann Kelley of Rochester, PA and a number of cousins.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue, on Monday from 10 AM to 11AM.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 23, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. C. Charles Eckles of IHS Gospel Ministry and Rev. Wayne Cook, cousin of Phyllis, will be officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery in New Castle.
