Rose Pagley

Rose Pagley, 86, of Golden Hill Nursing Home, died Tuesday morning, July 26, 2005 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was born April 20, 1919 in Youngstown, Ohio the daughter of James and Michalena (Nuzzo) DeFrank, they precede her in death. She was married to Domenick Pagley who died September 26, 1956. Mrs. Pagley was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, baking and spending time with her family.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Margaret Ratkowski of Campbell, OH and Sandra Abels of New Castle, PA, 1 son, Alex Pagley of Bessemer, PA, 1 brother, James DeFrank of Youngstown, OH, 1 sister, Annie DePinto of Boardman, OH, 26 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her daughter Sophie Rapko, her brother John DeFrank, her sisters Antionette Pagley and Josephine DeRosa and one grandson.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Thursday from 12 pm to 2 pm.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 28, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Clarence Drake of Faith Fellowship Baptist Church will be officiating. Burial will be in the St. Vitus Cemetery.
