Anna Jane Yakubik

Anna Jane Yakubik, 87, of State Road, New Castle died Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at UPMC Jameson Hospital. She was born in Painesville, Ohio on April 25, 1929 a daughter of the late James and Elizabeth (Mitchell) Kane. She was married to the late Paul Albert Yakubik who died on December 9, 1991. Mrs. Yakubik was employed by Bell Telephone for a number of years. She enjoyed bowling, reading and spending time with her family.

She is survived by two children, Timothy A. Yakubik and Brenda L. Yakubik both of New Castle. She is also survived by two sisters, Janet Troup and Sally Lou Herold, both of New Castle.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, William and James Kane, and three sisters, Catherine McTagart, Mary Elizabeth Havar, and Eleanore Holiday.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 from 4pm to 7 pm at the William F. and Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 24, 2016 at 7 pm at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Marsha Parrish of the Jameson Hospice will officiate.
