Lee Ray Walters

Lee Ray Walters, 82, of Spruce Street, New Castle, died Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Edison Manor Nursing Home in New Castle. He was born March 30, 1934 in Osborne Mills, West Virginia a son of the late Cecil and Mary Marjorie (Deverick) Walters. Mr. Walters worked in maintenance at the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers, NY retiring after 30 years. He enjoyed going to the racetrack, traveling and watching football and basketball.

He is survived by one sister, Ann Grisham of Spencer, IN and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Ralph Walters, his sister Cecilia Allen, and his sister Dorothy Hall.

There are no services scheduled. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Burial will be in Savannah Cemetery.
