Infant Olivia Rose Matsook, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Butler Memorial Hospital in Butler. She was born February 12, 2017 in Butler, a daughter of Patrick and Rachel (Heckathorne) Matsook.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother, Jordan P. Matsook, her sister, Gabriella G. Matsook, and her grandparents, Dennis & Kay Matsook and Kathy Heckathorne and Jerry Heckathorne.
Private funeral services will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Burial will be in the Harmony Baptist Cemetery.
