Charles ‘Rocky’ Golch, 60, of N. McKean Street, died Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at his residence in Butler, PA. He was born in Wheeling, WV, on March 29, 1966, a son of the late Charles A. Golch, and Katherine J. (Lambert) Golch, his mother survives in New Castle. Rocky was a United States Marines Veteran, where he was an MP serving stateside and in Okinawa. He enjoyed working on computers and electronic gadgets and watching movies.

In addition to his mother, he is also survived by three sisters, Debra K. Persinger and her husband John, Donna K. Affagato and her husband Gary, and Courtney A. McHale and her husband Kevin, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, and his step-mother, Ruby M. Golch.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
