Deborah L. McCune, 64, of Todd Avenue, died Monday, May 11, 2026, at her residence. She was born in New Castle, PA, on May 12, 1961, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Delores (Jaskolka) Wirl. She worked as a housekeeper for Avalon Nursing Home and an aid at St. Joseph’s Personal Care Home. She enjoyed going to the casino and being with her cats, Benny and Bella. Deborah especially loved being with her family and getting together for holidays.

She is survived by two children, Ricky McCune and his wife Corinne of Ellwood City, PA, and Lindsay Park (Tim Wilson) of Hubbard, OH, two grandchildren, Neikko Robertson and Zoey Wilson, two brothers, Tom and Bill Wirl, and two sisters, Linda Garish and Cindy Wirl.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, Jimmy McCune, two brothers, Larry and Joe Wirl, and one sister, Marilyn Wirl.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
