Devin T. Pagley Johns, 27, of Burien, Washington, died Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Washington. He was born on January 9, 1999, in New Castle, PA, a son of William C Johns, Jr., and Tabitha J. Black-Chumura, both survive in Ellwood City. He worked for Make Me A Sandwich as a sandwich preparer, in Burien, WA. Devin enjoyed playing video games, basketball, and fantasy football with his friends. He was also an avid wrestling fan and really enjoyed Spider Man, Drake, and watching the New England Patriots.

In addition to his parents, he is also survived by one brother, Anthony Johns, three sisters, Destynie Johns, Annabella Chumura, and Evelyn-Rose Chumura, one niece, Adylayd Johns, one nephew, Anthony D. Johns, grandparents, Mari Anne Johns, Mary Lou Black, and John Molter, great-grandmother, Isabelle Passalinqua, and a number of uncles, aunts, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by, his great-grandfather, Anthony Passalinqua, and his grandfather, Russell Black, and one aunt, Melissa Ann Black.

Private services will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
