Judith A. Giangiulio, 81, New Castle, died Sunday, May 3, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital. She was born in New Castle, PA, on May 10, 1944, a daughter of the late Albert and Marget D. (Roven) Jinks. She was married to the late Frank L.A. Giangiulio Sr., who died May 15, 2019. Mrs. Giangiulio was a Registered Nurse working at Golden Hill Nursing Home and St. Francis Hospital, retiring after 15 years. She enjoyed painting, crafts, gardening, bird watching, and walking her dogs, Piggy, Onyx, Sammy Jane, Molly, and Denver. Above all, she loved taking care of her family.

She is survived by two children, Cathy F. Blake of Albuquerque, NM, and Frank L.A. Giangiulio, Jr., of New Castle, one granddaughter, April R. Ammons, one sister, Debby Ryan and her husband Chuck, one niece, Alexis Ryan, two nephews, Brandon and Dustin Ryan, and one great-nephew, Storm Ryan.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one son-in-law, Jim Blake, and one brother, Herb Jinks.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 6 PM to 7 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A funeral service will be celebrated Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Matthew Bupp will officiate.
