Laura Ann Hawthorne, 94, of E. Friendship Street, died Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Quality Life Servies in New Castle. She was born on December 24, 1930, in New Castle, the daughter of the late James and Laura (Marshall) Welsh. There are no services at this time. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
