Lorrie M. Mullins

Lorrie M. Mullins, 48, of S. Atlantic Avenue, died Thursday, June 20, 2024, at UPMC Jameson Hospital. She was born in New Castle on March 19, 1976, the daughter of the late Claire Barnes and Nora (Mohan) Barnes, her mother survives in Butler. She enjoyed thrifting, listening to music and dancing. Above all, she loved her family time and being a grandmother.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by four children, William O. Mullins, Jr. and his wife Nina of Edinburg, Justin D. Mullins (Madi Watson), Jacob I. Mullins, and Brandon M. Mullins all of New Castle, one granddaughter, Starly Mullins, one brother, Norman ‘Butch’ Barnes and his wife Robin of Hillsville, and two sisters, Patricia Karns and her husband Dolph of New Castle, and Rae Carpenter of Edinburg.

In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her husband, William O. Mullins, Sr., who died July 5, 2023.
