Mary Lou Riggans, 73, of Atkinson Street, died Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Haven Convalescent Home in New Castle. She was born November 4, 1944 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Stephen and Verna (Mitchell) Colich. She was married to the late Richard J. Riggans, Sr. who died April 4, 2004. Mrs. Riggans was a homemaker and she enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and her dogs, especially her last beagle, Sue.
She is survived by her son, Richard J. Riggans, Jr. of New Castle.
Private funeral services were held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
