Maryann J. Fisher

Maryann J. Fisher, 65, of Hanna Street, died Sunday, August 9, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital. She was born in New Castle on May 8, 1961, a daughter of the late David and Irene (McLaren) Guyer. Maryann married Frank E. Fisher on December 28, 1983, he survives at home. Mrs. Fisher enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts, woodworking, and shopping. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her husband, she is also survived by two children, Stephanie M. Fisher and her husband Kevin Shoemaker, and Andrew J. Fisher, four grandchildren, Alexia Rose, Ethan Daniel, Jesse Nathanial, and Isaac Shawn, and five sisters, Patty Ridenbaugh, Irene Lyons, Diane Sherwood, Bonnie Sue Jones, and Christine Guyer.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 2 PM to 4 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A funeral service will be celebrated Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 4:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Paul Moore will officiate.
