Michelle D. Fennell, 58, of W. Moody Avenue, died Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital. She was born on January 23, 1968, in New Castle, a daughter of the late Alvin Fennell and Sally (Kline) Kelly. Michelle worked at Edison Manor and Hill View Manor as a CNA retiring after 30 years. She enjoyed playing games, Bingo, and going to the casino.

She is survived by one brother, Bruce Fink, two sisters, Melody Grove and Vivian King, one niece, six nephews, a number of great- nieces and great- nephews, and her special friends, Shirley and Chuck Houk.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Susan Fennell Horton.

Private services will be held. Burial will be at Mt. Hermon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lawrence County Humane Society, 682 Pearson Mill Road, New Castle, PA 16101. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
