Patricia Mae Mangino, 82, formerly of E. Lutton Street, died Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Haven Convalescent Home in New Castle. She was born on August 31, 1943, in New Castle, PA, a daughter of the late Patsy and Angeline (Micco) Ragnelli. Patricia was married to the late Albert J. ‘Cookie’ Mangino, who died April 23, 2009. She was a cook at Augustine’s Pizza and Ladbrokes, and then she was an AID for the New Castle School District. She was a member of Highland Church of God, formerly Christian Assembly. Patricia was very active in her church, youth ministry, and the choir. She loved cooking, and above all, spending time with her family.

She is survived by two children, Marialana ‘Mia’ Burton and her husband Robert Sr., of Beaver Fall, PA, and Albert ‘Albee’ Mangino and his wife Eileen of New Castle, four grandchildren, Taylor Mangino, Albert ‘Jibby’ Mangino, Joshua M. Mangino, and Robert Burton, Jr., one sister, Shirley Ragnelli, three nieces, and two nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by one son, Jason C. Mangino, and one sister, Marlene Lupo.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 12 PM to 3 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A funeral service will be celebrated at 3:00 PM after the visitation at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Ron Mounts will officiate. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
