Randolph A. Karns, 62, of Taylor Street, died Wednesday, September 21, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. He was born in New Castle on May 20, 1964, a son of the late Dale and Janet (Hosler) Karns. Randolph married Patricia (Barnes) Karns in 1983, she survives at home. He worked as a supervisor at the Dairy Farmers of America for 38 years, and then he worked as a linesman at Ornua Cheese for 2 years. Randolph was a car enthusiast, and he enjoyed racing and hockey. He loved landscaping and built a living fence around his yard.

In addition to his wife, he was also survived by two children, Brandi Kyle and her husband John, and Curtis Karns and his fiancé Sara Kosior, two grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two twin brothers, Darren Karns and Duane Karns, and one sister, Denise Ryhal McCamey.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Douglas Dale Karns.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
