Richard L. Hill

Richard L. Hill, 73, of Hill Avenue, died Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. He was born on November 25, 1952, in Ellwood City, the son of the late LeRoy and Gladys J. (Parks) Hill, Sr. Mr. Hill worked for Prudential Life Insurance Company as a claims adjuster. He was an avid reader and enjoyed doing crosswords puzzles, especially NY Times and Saturday puzzles.

He is survived by one nephew, one niece, and a number of great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, LeRoy G. Hill, Jr.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
