Shirley C. Nader, 83, of Maple Drive, died Friday, April 17, 2026, at The Grove at New Castle. She was born on May 19, 1942, in New Castle, a daughter of the late Joseph and Amelia (Dando) Palladino. Shirley married George M. Nader, on February 22, 1980, he survives at home. She enjoyed Bingo and shopping and loved attending birthday parties. Above all, she loved spending time with all of her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is also survived by three daughters, Paula Hooks and her husband John, Beth Gardner and her husband Joseph, and Tammy Flory, thirteen grandchildren, thirty-four great-grandchildren, and three great great-grandchildren, one brother, Anthony Palladino, and two sisters, Helene Rotunno and Joann Graham.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by four brothers, Michael, Pat, Albert, and Fred Palladino, and four sisters, Louise McKoy, Grace Koszela, Jane Palladino, and Dolores Cook.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 25, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A Funeral Liturgy Outside of Mass will be celebrated Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Father Ben Barr will officiate. Burial will be in Parkside Cemetery.
