William 'Billy' J. Richman

William ‘Billy’ J. Richman, 73, of New Castle, died Saturday, August 15, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in New Castle, on April 19, 1953, a son of the late William F. and Mary A. (Perrino) Richman. Billy married Patricia A. Richman on September 10, 1983, she survives at home. Billy was self-employed as a custom cabinet maker, retiring after 40 years. He enjoyed golf, hunting, gardening, and cabinet making. He also enjoyed yard work and was very proud of his yard.

In addition to his wife, he is also survived by his and Patty’s children, Billie Jo Richman-Brown and her husband Richard, and Jesse L. Richman, two grandchildren, Max Brown and Maddi Brown, two brothers, Stevie and Ronnie Richman (Lovada), and one sister, Renee Carnuche (Anthony), and a number of nieces and nephews, one aunt, Patty Housman, and one uncle, Eddie Perrino.

Visitation will be held at Wayside Emanuel Church, 4437 Mitchell Road, New Castle, PA, 16105, on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 5 PM to 7 PM. Celebration of Life service will be held at 7:00 PM. A dessert reception will be held at the Fellowship Hall, following the services. Pastor Bryan Warner will officiate. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
