William 'Billy' J. Richman

William ‘Billy’ J. Richman, 73, of Shiderly Lane, died Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Mercy-St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, OH, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in New Castle, on April 19, 1953, a son of the late William F. and Mary A. (Perrino) Richman. Billy married Patricia A. (McTigue) Richman on September 10, 1983, she survives at home. Billy was self-employed as a custom cabinet maker, retiring after 40 years. He enjoyed golf, hunting, gardening, and cabinet making. He also enjoyed yard work and was very proud of his yard.

In addition to his wife, he is also survived by his and Patty’s children, Billie Jo Richman-Brown and her husband Richard, and Jesse L. Richman, two grandchildren, Max Brown and Maddi Brown, two brothers, Stevie and Ronnie Richman, and one sister, Renee Carnuche.

Services are to be announced at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
