William D. Degitz, Jr., 59, of Mt. Aire Road, Enon Valley, died Tuesday, February 3, 2026 in New Castle. He was born in Plum Boro, PA on April 5, 1966 a son of William D. Degitz, Sr. and Ann (Bear) Degitz of Woodstock, GA. William was a machine operator for Forbes Excavating for over 20 years. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, grilling, and the outdoors.

In addition to his parents he is survived by four children, William D. Degitz, III of Mt. Jackson, Matthew G. Degitz of Enon Valley, Haley M. Degitz of New Castle, and Carley J. Degitz of New Castle, one grandson, William D. Degitz, IV, one brother, Brian Degitz, and one sister, Renee Bond.
